At Glow Empire, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If something isn’t right, we offer a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your order.


📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in original packaging

  • The return must be requested within 60 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


🚚 How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Returns sent without authorisation may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
All returns must be sent to our UK returns address.


🌍 Returns from the European Union

If you are returning an order from the EU, the item must be sent back to our UK returns address.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and are advised to use a tracked service.

We do not charge any handling or restocking fees.


💳 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay)

  • Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards
