Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

How do I qualify for free shipping?

  • Mainland UK orders over £50 automatically qualify for FREE tracked shipping.

What if my parcel is returned to sender?

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional postage charges may apply.
